    @sil2k8 yes, primo and d-bol. But not in crazy amounts. And probably not since 15.
    And it is known that Wendy Leigh loves to write tasty bullshit, as seen from her BBC career.

    @NosferatuAaacaado it was a real biography, and also i hope you know that from his own words… that it was very common for everyone to be on d-bol it wasn’t like frowned upon, it was actually encouraged… but teens shouldn’t no one should unless they’re test have dropped if we’re looking at science’s perspective but lots of people don’t give a fuck lol

    @sil2k8 Teens are not supposed to take roids. Go research. End of story.
    Yeah, and who wrote this biography? People who never knew him in person.

    @NosferatuAaacaado i never said that i was against him using roids. As a matter of fact im not against roids at all, at this type of sport of course but for different sports like baseball then yes i am against it. All im saying is that it was the hard work and dedication that made him successful in his bodybuilding career. I was always a fan of Arnie

    @Gatz777 but thing is, roids are not to be used until about 23-24 years old, because the body is still groving during early twenties.. Every doctor will tell you that. Look at 20 year-old Arnold after 5 years of powerlifting and bodybuilding. He’s is huge. Now go tell me he started using since he was 15 years old.
    If so, how is he 60 years old and still alive, heck, even his hair are intact. That’s because he only started using when he went pro, at his mid-to-late twenties. And low dosages.

    @WilhelmPolzl Look at him when he was younger. He was no bodybuilder, but he was in good shape.

    The thing that upsetted me about the movie was the professionals who never gave us information about their diet, reps/sets, sleep, etc.

    @SnEaKyJaK96 Yea arnold was blessed with very good genetics but he was taking steroids as well. Not that im saying steroids were the key to his success. Yes he was big but it was because of hard work and dedication. Its not like u get bigg all of a sudden by just using roids. It takes years and years of hard work and dedication. Long live Arnold the King!!!

    @xxxIzekeIxxx

    Yes, doing push ups by using a flat hand puts strain towards your risk which later can cause arthritis, so it’s better to do push ups by fist, or purchase a push up pro tool.

    @SnEaKyJaK96 To be honest. He was blessed with fantastic genes. No anabolics, legal or other otherwise can make up for that, and the hard work needed.
